How to operate the AC Servo Driver.

How to operate the AC Servo Driver
----------------------------------

#1.How to change mode and how to get out the menu.
--------------------------------------------------
-Pushing once on mode gives Monitoring Mode dn000
-Pushing 1 second on set, returns out of the menu.
-Donot forget this only works in dn000 mode with the least signifcant digit blinking.

#2.What kind of modes are there?
--------------------------------
three modes:

-"dn000"--->Monitoring Mode

-"Fn000"--->Auxiliary Mode

-"Pn000"--->Parameter Mode

#3.Getting the +-10V control; what changes have to be made in the drive?
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Subject to further checks!
Goto Parameter Mode "Pn000".
Go to the desired parameter with the arrow keys.
Push on Set for 1 second.
You will see the setting.
Cange if necessary with the arrow keys.
Press Set for 1 second to confirm.

-Pn001--->for motor type 80st_m02430 --->"4"

-Pn002--->for the control mode in speed mode (torque, speed & location)--->"1"

-Pn003--->enable mode, default setting --->"0"

#4.Appendix D electromagnetic brake in Chinglish (bad translated English)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Electromagnetic brake (to keep the brakes, brake losing electricity, are connected to the motor is used to lock the vertical or inclined workbench,
prevent the servo power after losing the workbench.
Implement this function, you must choose and buy motor with brake.
The brake can be used to keep the workbench, must not be used to slow down and stop the machine movement.
Pn004 parameter must be set using the electromagnetic brake, to 2, and specify the SigOut port function.
Pn029 drive according to the speed of the motor running, according to the parameters setting,
choose corresponding braking time sequence, perform the function of electromagnetic brake.
Please refer to the appendix C for specific timing.

#5.Pn158 The directive gain simulation speed
--------------------------------------------
Range 1~1500
Default Setting 300
units:r/min/V

Analog speed reference input and the ratio between the actual speed motor.
 The range of input voltage - 10 ~ 10 v.
Formula: speed = * Pn158 input voltage.
For example: when the input voltage of 10 v, if set to 300, the corresponding rate of 10 * 300 = 3000 r/min.

As we understand it, this should be a nice way to adapt to the MESA CARDS output.

changing the setting from 300--->100 gives a rpm of 750rpm (old 9VDC battery)--->750rpm gives on 10mm/r an axis speed of 7500mm/min.

#6.Offset of the +-10VDC Voltage.
---------------------------------
May become necessary to get a stable 0VDC position.
In our bench trial we have set this to "10" x 10mV = 0.1VDC

-Pn 161--->for offset in the positive Range--->10 x 10mv= 0.1VDC

-Pn 162--->for offset in the negative Range--->-10 x 10mv= -0.1VDC
